Born and raised in South Africa, We spent 24 years ministering in various parts of SA prior to the current wave of revival.

We co-pastored a fellowship in Johannesburg (Now Egoli in Gouteng) and ministered, wherever God opened doors, holding teaching seminars and weekend meetings. My wife and I headed a gospel singing group for 3 years, during which we ministered inter-denominationally. We began to develop a heart for people from all different persuasions. Methodist, Baptist, Catholic, Anglican, Congregational, Pentecostal, were some of the churches we ministered in. Our meetings were anointed and we had powerful manifestations of God's presence and occasionally, someone would get filled with laughter. But never on the scale that it is today.

In 1990, the year I received the refreshing touch of the Holy Spirit, my wife and I traveled in SA for about 9 months, prior to coming to the USA. We held revivals in Cape Town ( 2 ), Wellington ( 1 ), Knysna (1 ), Jefferies Bay ( 1 ), Port Elizabeth ( 5 ), Uitenhage ( 2 ), Grahamstown ( 1 ), Port Alfred ( 1 ), Bloemfontein ( 1 ), Kimberley ( 1 ), Johannesburg ( 3 ), Boksburg ( 1 ) , Durban ( 5 ), Umshlanga Rocks ( 2 ).

Since then, revival fires have spread across the nation. I recently had the priveledge to go to SA and held a week long revival (13 meetings in all)  at New Life Church in Sandton with Pastor Sam Stark.  What a blessing it was to see so many people touched including the black folk.   Many of the folks from the fellowship we co-pastored came and were touched mightily.    Their children, now young adults, were also greatly impacted by the meetings.   We will be going back in Oct / Nov 98 for nation wide revivals. . It is exciting to see what God is doing in South Africa and know that he has great plans for our country.

But the USA is where God called us to be and we are extremely happy and excited to part of His plan for this nation.
